I am rediscovering my yoga, pilates and dance roots again and LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout by Sean Vigue! He is seriously the master of yoga workouts on You Tube.  His locales are breathtaking and this video specifically has been a perfect mid week breath of fresh air for me!
